The Total Female Hockey Experience in BC was a great success.

It was a jam-packed weekend full of skating and seminars, testing and training, as well as evaluation and enthusiasm.  We’re already excited about running the event again next year.

Here’s some feedback from players and parents who attended the TFH Experience:

"I just wanted to thank the two of you for running an amazing hockey camp. I know I had lots of fun and improved and learned a lot.  I especially wanted to thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in this camp. It is hard to find high intensity camps that I can participate in. Thank you for giving me the opportunity and encouraging me throughout the camp. You guys were always supportive on and off the ice while always pushing everyone to do their best. Thanks so much.  I also hope to participate in the camp next year!"

- 14 year old player

"As parents, we want something to take our daughters from:  "I love hockey and my parents want to expose me to the opportunities and experiences it can provide"…to them knowing exactly what they need to do and taking ownership of this process and possibility for themselves.  The Total Female Hockey Experience was a successful mechanism for achieving that and it could not have been a more well rounded delivery."

- Parent of a 15 year old player

"I really loved the BC camp and everything about it - even though I can’t walk now (haha).  But I want to do whatever it takes to succeed and make my dreams and goals real.  It’s really the only thing I have ever wanted and one of the seldom things that makes me happy.  I’m very serious, and as many girls, hockey is my life.  Thanks so much for giving me and the other girls the oppertunity to learn and experience what it takes to be an elite athlete and also for guiding us in the right direction.  I really appreciate the help and hope to see you in the future."

- 17 year old goalie

"Thanks so much for bringing your program to BC Kim. I have passed along information to parents about your camp already and will be passing along it as well to my team as well.Your organization and support network is second to none."

- Parent of 16 year old player

WHEN:  Friday June 15th, Saturday July 16th and Sunday July 17th

WHERE:  Final location TBD

WHAT:   3 high-intensity days of competition, education, and personal evaluation.

For three days, aspiring elite female hockey players, between the ages of 13-18, will have the opportunity to participate in on-ice skill sessions with elite female hockey coaches from across North America, on-ice and off-ice performance testing, off-ice training sessions with female player development specialists, and in-depth elite player development workshops. They will leave knowing exactly where they stand, what they need to work on, and have a plan in place that will help them get to the next level.

PLEASE NOTE:   This camp is for committed and elite level players only!  You will be on the ice 4-5 times over the course of the weekend, will participate in 3-4 off-ice training sessions (including off-ice testing) and will also attend 3 elite performance workshops.  We are only accepting a maximum 44 qualified players into the camp - on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that accommodations and food will NOT be provided and are your responsibility.

Here’s What You’ll Discover at The Experience…

Where do you rank in terms of on-ice speed and off-ice strength?
You will participate in the most current on-ice and off-ice testing available and will be using the same speed, strength, agility, and conditioning tests used by players at the Under-18, college hockey and national team level.  You’ll leave with a complete report of your on-ice and off-ice testing results, that will show you where you rank relative to everyone at the event, and how you stack up relative to the best players in the world.

How do you stack up against your peers in game play?

You will be playing regular 5-on-5 games against players of a similar age and ability level.  You will also participate in many small-area games in all your practices so the coaches can see you showcase all your on-ice skills and abilities in competitive situations.

What on-ice skills do you need to work on to get to, and excel at, the next level?

All of your on-ice skill sessions are going to be instructed by elite female hockey coaches from Canada and the United States.  There will be evaluators in the stands that are going to analyze every on-ice skill you can imagine.  You will leave with a complete report on your on-ice skills which will give you a clear idea of exactly what you need to work on in order to take your on-ice performance to the next level.

In addition to all your on-ice sessions, you will participate in off-ice speed and strength training workshops, plus Elite Player Development Workshops
including:
