Attention All Adult Women:

Are You A Recreational Women’s Hockey Player Who Wants To Improve Your Skating, Shooting, Stickhandling, Passing and Understanding of the Game?

Would You Prefer To Be Taught By All Female Staff Who’ve Played & Coached At All Levels of Women’s Hockey, Instead Of By Some Guy Who Has No Idea How To Teach You The Basics In A Fun & Constructive Way?

Then The Total Female Hockey Adult Women’s Camp is for YOU!

Saturday July 23rd and Sunday July 24th, 2011

Location:  Chesswood Arena in Toronto, Ontario
Time:  10am-1pm both days
Cost:  $150 per player - includes a Total Female Hockey jersey

Only 30 Spots Available!

This 2-day weekend camp has been specifically designed to meet the specific needs of adult recreational female hockey players both on and off the ice. This camp is for any woman who want to improve in all aspects of your game in a non-judgmental, fun and *slightly* competitive environment. Our only requirement for acceptance in the camp is the willingness to learn, work hard and have fun.

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:

=> Be A Better Skater:  from the basics of balance & stopping, all the way up to first-step quickness, agility and straight-away speed.

=> Have Better Stick Skills:  including shooting, stickhandling and passing.

=> Have Better Game Sense: take the skills you’ve developed and apply them to a fast-paced, constantly changing game.

HERE IS THE SCHEDULE:

Saturday July 23rd - 10:00am start time
