WINTER SCHEDULE 2011-2012:
FEBRUARY: Family Day SPEED Camp - Monday February 20th, 2012
This 1 day camp will be a 3 hour high-intensity camp that includes a high-tempo on-ice skill session focusing on SKATING SPEED, STICKHANDLING & SHOOTING (90 minutes), as well as intense off-ice speed training session.
Two groups: Atom/Peewee, Bantam/Midget.
Times: Camp runs from 945am to 1245pm
Location: Chesswood Arena, Toronto
Cost: $70 + HST

MARCH: March Break High-Intensity Camp - Tuesday March 13th through Thursday March 15th, 2012
This 3 day camp will be a 3 hour per day high-intensity camp that includes high-tempo on-ice skill sessions and intense off-ice strength, speed and conditioning sessions. Will also include position-specific instruction for defense and forwards. For players who play at the rep level.
Two groups: Atom/Peewee, Bantam/Midget.
Times: Camp runs from 1015am-115pm on each day
Location: Chesswood Arena, Toronto
Cost: $225 + HST

APRIL/MAY/JUNE: Position-Specific Camps (dates below)
These 2 hour on-ice camps focus on developing specific skills for forwards and defensemen. The group is split by position and we work on the concepts that make you more effective at your individual position. We sold out every one of these sessions last season - so make sure to register early! Cost is $60 + HST per session.

This is our most elite and intense camp! After 3 days of hard work, you’ll be ready for the season and know exactly what you need to do to take your game to the next level on and off the ice.

JULY: Elite Skills Camp - July 16-19th, 2012, 10am-2pm Chesswood
This 4 day camp will be a 4 hour per day high-intensity camp that includes high-tempo on-ice skill sessions and intense off-ice strength, speed and conditioning sessions. We will run 2 groups - Atom/Peewee and Bantam/Midget. Cost is $287 Cdn.

AUGUST: Toronto Elite Experience Camp - August 17-19th, 2012, Chesswood Arena
This is the 4th year of our most elite and intense camp! After 3 days of hard work, you’ll be ready for the season and know exactly what you need to do to take your game to the next level on and off the ice. This camp is designed for players who want to play college/university hockey.

Total Female Hockey EXPERIENCE BC - June 25th to June 27th, 2010 (Richmond, British Columbia)
For high school aged girls who want to play at the university level & beyond. 44 players will be accepted from across North America - CAMP IS NOW FULL.

Total Female Hockey Elite Training Camp - July 19th to July 22nd, 2010 (Toronto, Ontario)
For aspiring players (Group 1: Atom & Peewee, Group 2: Bantam, Midget & Junior) who want to take their game to the next level on and off the ice. There will be at least 2 hours on the ice and 2 hours off the ice each day. CAMP IS NOW FULL.

Total Female Hockey EXPERIENCE - August 20th to August 22nd, 2010 (Toronto, Ontario)
For high school aged girls who want to play at the university level & beyond. 88 players will be accepted from across North America - only 15 spots left as of June 1st, 2010.
