Hey Kim i tried out the the test
On my left leg i got 1 min 06 secs. and on my right i got 1 min 05 secs.
I do believe my left is a bit stronger and im not as in shape as i use to be in the middle of the season.

Tried this with some of our family (all hockey players). 12 yr old son was 25 seconds each leg, balance being the issue not strength.

9 1/2 yr old daughter was 1 min 45 seconds one leg 1 min 50 seconds other leg. She is down very low and balance good. Back leg might be back a little far, but needed to get it back to get low? If you have any tips on this that would be great.

42 yr old (myself) was at 45 sec per leg - hopefully will be better had just completed hard work out a hour before.

Great job to both of you.

Now the goal should be to get even lower and last even longer.

Then try it with your eyes closed.
