Get StartedToday Is THE Day for every girls hockey player to take action.

If you keep telling yourself that you are ready to take your game to the next level…

If you are going to start training off the ice…

If you are going to start pushing yourself harder on the ice…

If you are going to set goals, meet them and then set new ones…

Well, today is the day to get started.

Why wait till January 1st to change your habits?

We’ve got a perfect, Monday, December 1st to get a full month’s
head-start on all the hockey goals you want to achieve between now and the end of the season.

If you don’t know where to start, simply take one small baby-step in the direction of your dreams today.

=> Do one extra set of perfect push-ups.

=> Add one serving of fruit and one serving of vegetable to your diet.

=> Warm-up for 5 minutes before practice.

=> Cut back on the junk food in your diet.

=> Stretch before you go to bed tonight.

=> Write down the 3 goals you are going to focus on for your next game.

Be a better girls hockey player today than you were yesterday.

If that means just 5 more minutes of goal setting and goal getting, that’s fine.

It’s all about being a little bit better today than you were yesterday.

If you were on the right track for the first few months of the season, but find that you are starting to slack off a little bit, turn that mindset around and use this next month to really take your game to the next level.

Over the next four weeks, everyone else will be focused on the holidays and may start to slack off when it comes to their training, nutrition and focus.

But that won’t happen to you, will it?

Plan out exactly how you are going to meet your goals over the next month.

Do whatever you can to take your game to the next level.

And while everyone else is taking a break from being focused and committed to their goals this holiday season and throwing all caution to the wind, you are going to make the gap between you and them even bigger.

Make December 1st your REAL New Year’s Day, and take action on being the best NOW, not later.

Get pumped up to become fitter, faster, stronger and better over the holidays.

Get a head start on your 2009 plans to become the best by kicking it into high gear today.

Create one new healthy habit every day in December.

Every day you are going to set a goal that will make you better. And then take the action necessary to achieve it.

There is NO reason to wait.

What goal are you going to set and achieve today?

Share your first goal below and then get started on getting it done.

~ Coach Kim

PS: There is exactly one month left in the first ever Total Female Hockey Transformation Contest. Now is the time to kick it into high gear and try to run away with the GRAND prize.

Hi! Every day I’m trying to improve. Not just at hockey either. I really like the TFH program I’m working on because every two weeks I do more. I’m trying hard to do extra push ups, sit ups, weights and other things to help my game and I think it is working. I’m really careful about what I eat, especially before and after games and practices. So,my goal is to keep up with my goals and don’t stop trying to improve. I don’t think it will be hard though because I’m having so much fun. I really feel good when my coach comes up to me and says way to go Amy, that was a big time save! And I really like helping my team. That’s the best part of it I think. I gotta go, I’ve got our first outdor practice tonight. Burrrrr!
    See ya!

I’m going to do ten minutes of stretching tonight, today is my treat day so I’ll only have a small bowl of ice cream with real fruit sauce that’s just blended berries.
I went through all of last christmas and only ate a few treats the entire holiday and I gave my family the rest of my chocolates that I got, my goal for the holiday season is to only eat one chocolate per day, unless I don’t do anything to reach the next level that day. So the chocolat will be a sort of reward.
