At my hockey clinic their quote is “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work.”
I have a player on our team that only joined last year, but we only have a ‘A’ ringette team so she’s stuck on our team. She works SO HARD at practice and games that I’d much rather have her then one of our very best players if they don’t care, want to be there and they aren’t trying at all.

Cool! I saw him last weekend at the game. That was really good. It makes me feel good too because I know that coaches like hard workers. I think I’ll want it later as much as I want to do good now. I know that what I’m doing now will train me to help me later too. I’ll never give up! Tonight I had another long practice outside. I have a big project for school due so I’m going to do some hand coordination excercises and some stretching, and do my TFH program tomorrow because I don’t have practice. Hockey Rocks!
    See ya!
