On your journey to success on and off the rink, you are bound to fall down along the way. And there are going to be times when you don’t feel like you have the strength to get back up.
If you are struggling with your motivation, then please watch this inspirational video. This story is absolutely amazing and I guarantee that you will have no problem finding that extra kick in the butt you need to get through those days when you just don’t want to workout or practice. I was having one of “those” days yesterday - then a friend sent me this video and my day completely turned around.
The key to success is finding the strength to get back up.
Have an amazing day and share this video with any players, parents or coaches who you think might need a little extra inspiration today.

Wow. I think he is very inspirational. I agree with him when he says what matters most is how hard you try. My Grandpa Bill was a good example of that. He was in a wheelchair his whole adult life but he still was able to become a news anchor. He was an inspiration to everyone who was in a wheelchair. I think of him when I get up off the ice.
Tomorrow our season starts. Wish me luck! I had a hard practice today so I’m not working out real hard tonight.
See ya Sunday!

How long should I be jogging for after every practise and game?
Jog between 5-10 minutes after the game and then stretch for 10 minutes.
Just doing that after every ice session will put you miles ahead of your competition.
